QUALITY  PRODUCTS

Our products are designed and handcrafted in Bali. All items are carefully made by local artisans. We aim to support local families with different crafting traditions as well as we try to supports families in need that are struggling to survive, we teach them to make products so they can get by. 

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items and believe any potential imperfections add the value of character, uniqueness and beauty to the product. There may be slight variations in the finished size and color.

PRICES

All of our prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. If you are paying in any other currency than conversion calculations will be made on the date of payment.

MY CUP OF LOVE accepts payment via the secure PayPal system. If you choose this payment method, we will send you a generated PayPal Email Invoice.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide. Delivery times will vary depending on location and should take no longer than 10-14 days. Items are fully traceable once shipped. All orders are shipped DHL from Bali, Indonesia. Cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by weight, dimension, and destination of the package.

You may also choose a preferred shipping method, and or, cargo agent and notify MY CUP OF LOVE.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly refund you if you make your request within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs and return shipping is paid for by the customer. To receive a refund, all returned items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
